The village of Peotone's newsletter has reported that the Peotone Streetscape Project is entering its final phase in November.
According to the Village of Peotone newsletter, the Downtown Streetscape project is in its final phase as of November 9. Landscapers continue to install brick pavers, benches, and other landscaping features.
Final preparation for the asphalt top layer installation is also taking place this week. Cleanup work is scheduled around the railroad tracks for the week of November 16 as paving continues, weather permitting.
Work progress is contingent on the weather. Construction crews are working to ensure plans are delivered on time and on schedule.
