Peotone High athletes honored by The Daily Journal

Several players from the girls' volleyball and boys' football teams at Peotone High School have been recognized by The Daily Journal for their athletic achievements.

Peotone High School congratulates Mia Connolley and Allie Werner, who received The Daily Journal's All-Area recognition for volleyball. Ella Stupegia earned an Honorable Mention in the same category.

In football, Chase Rivera was awarded The Daily Journal's All-Area recognition. Connor Pasch and Wyatt Smith received Special Mention recognition. Peotone High extends its congratulations to all the players.

Connolley, Werner, and Stupegia are members of the Peotone High girls' volleyball varsity team, which is led by head coach Kathy Barger.

Rivera, Pasch, and Smith play for the Peotone High varsity football team under the guidance of head coach Apostolos Tsiamas.
