This year, Peotone Community Unit School District 207U is highlighting its "GO BIG BLUE" initiative, which is designed to support the Peotone High School vision and the district’s Portrait of a Graduate. The district has established the GO BIG BLUE Spotlight Recognition Program to honor students and staff who embody the values promoted by the initiative.
In September, the focus of the program was “Begin with Goals.” The district aimed to recognize individuals who demonstrate dedication to setting and achieving goals, persistence in the face of challenges, and a commitment to doing their best.
Students who exemplified these qualities were recognized at the recent Board Meeting for their efforts in working toward their goals and their perseverance.
